VALENTINES

I understand that Valentines day was 10 days ago, but I haven't had time to blog for a while. This Valentines day was one for the books. As most of you know we live with Justin's parents. So for Valentines day we decided that we might not want to stay home. We decided to get a room and what better place to stay then the Shilo Inn in Twin Falls (which is were we stayed our first night as a married couple). I go to Twin daily for school, so one day I was down there I stopped by and reserved "our" room. I also went across the street to one of my favorite restaurants Jakers and made dinner reservations. I was very excited for our little get away. Sense we were paying for a hotel room we decided to not get each other presents. Well Wednesday I went to work and found a three beautiful roses. I was stunned. So Thursday morning I decided that if Justin was going to break our agreement then so was I. I went to school in the morning and got out in just enough time to sneak over to his work and decorate his truck with paper hearts and chocolates kisses. We meet up at the hotel later on that afternoon. Justin got there before I did and checked in. Well we payed extra money for the romance package which includes a gift certificate, chocolates, roses, and sparkling cider, and when Justin got there he went to the room and there was nothing there. He went to talk to the front desk and they forgot. He was upset and decided to decorate the room himself. He went to the store and bought 20 balloons. After I got to the room we went swimming and enjoyed the room. And as we were getting ready for dinner he told me that he had something for me. So I started looking all over the room and couldn't find anything. So I made Justin tell me if I was getting hot or cold. Well this little game led me to the balloons, I said "yeah, I saw the balloons, thank you there beautiful." He laughed and told me to keep looking. I started looking through the balloons when I noticed one balloon was just plain red. I graped the balloon and it rattled and this is what I found inside....

I was so excited, I still cant stop staring at my finger, it is perfect. We then proceeded to have a great dinner and a relaxing evening, and the next best part is sense the hotel room wasn't ready for us, we got fifty dollars of the bill. It was a great day.

Rants

Due to my extremely busy scheduled I have been spending a lot of time of campus. This is disturbing to me in many ways but most of all I am disturbed by the amount of time I spend in the library. I usually spend as little time as possible in the library. While attending BYU-I in my earlier years my roommates and I commonly referred to the library as the cancer center. But seeing as how I have to take weekly test in the library I decided to give it another change. And now I have several more reasons why I dislike the library. The number one reason is that the vending machine in the library hates me.
No it really does, it is the one of two vending machines I have found on campus and by far has the best variety of snacks, and health snacks at that. But it mocks me. I refuses to take my dollars, I spent ten minutes trying to get it to take one of my five dollar bills that I had and it wouldn’t take a single one. I have gone back on different days and the food some how keeps disappearing so I know somebody knows how to get it to work. But it won’t work for me. I told Justin about it and he laughs and just says well remember the 2% rule (you have to be at least two percent smarter then what ever you are working with). And why don’t you use change. Well I never have change and will not be defeated by the evil machine, so if it doesn’t like my dollars then I will take my business to the science building. I never liked the library anyway.
